Sal Frazier did an excellent job. We had an issue with small bugs in our den and he worked diligently to resolve it. He was very thorough with the treatments and explained everything in detail prior to performing the service. He is also very polite and has a pleasant personality. I would recommend him to other customers and hope to see him in the future when my property needs to be serviced.

These guys are great! Jeff just came out to help us with a nest of yellow jackets. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough! It was a fantastic experience. The prices are good, and they don't try to force a contract on you. I will strongly recommend them going forward.

From the initial contact to pest elimination the folks at Horizon were on a mission, customer satisfaction. They run a seamless operation from intake to service delivery that's hard to match. Jason the Service Manager was genial and informative and shared a general interest in making sure my unwanted guests were gone for good. Five star service, will do business again if needed.

I have used Horizon a few times at different homes and they have always been great. I have recommended them to friends. This last appointment was just ok. The technician was very polite but didn't seem to have a grasp of what he was there to do and spilled the chemicals all over the floor.

Every technician that we have had with Horizon has always been super friendly, professional and helpful. Christopher came out yesterday to help us with the mice problem, did good work, explained everything and was great to work with. Glen who I work with decide on needed services is also wonderful. I really love this company and have been a customer for years.

We have Horizon annual coverage and really appreciate when Del shows up to take care of it. He is polite, friendly, knows his stuff and covers all the bases. Mark did a great job! He communicated well and I especially appreciated that he moved my son’s toys away from the spray area outside. We always are able to get in touch with a representative at Horizon quickly and easily as well.

We had a wasp nest that was found under the soffit of our house, and it became so bad that my wife was stung despite us staying away. That is when we decided enough was enough, and a close friend recommended Horizon Pest Control. Nichalos responded and was so pleasant to be with. Not only did he treat the area and get rid of the nest, but he gave us tips on how to prepare in case of future nest formations. This was our first time using Horizon and certainly won’t be our last!

Great service. Feels like I imagine it used to be dealing with service companies in the 50s when everyone knew each other and was friendly. Jamie has known us for all of 15 minutes over visits and yet remembered about our daughter and was so pleasant to work with. It felt like an old friend.

Sal was really great! He listened to my issues and addressed them with respect and professionalism. He checked the rodent bait boxes in my garage, attic, and basement and showed me which ones had been breached. He walked the perimeter of my house, looking for cracks/holes, and stuffed the ones he found with exclusion mesh. He sprayed around the house and assured me that the chemicals, after drying, would not harm the wildlife or the neighbor’s toddlers. I look forward to working with Sal again. —Anne Marie Spagnuolo

I had Michael at my home on October 31, 2025. He treated the interior and exterior for yellow jackets. He was very personable and professional. He is an asset to the company. Our service technician Deanna was on time, very knowledgeable and very thorough. She was excellent. She took her time explaining issues she saw inside and outside of house and what to do to prevent rodent issues moving forward.

I am very happy with my service from Horizon pest control. In my experience whenever there’s an issue, a technician is always able to come out to the house that day. Every technician that’s come is always extremely kind and takes time to explain everything that they’re doing. Matthew serviced our house today and he was excellent.
