I have been working with Chris Miga and F&W Pest Control in Sherborn MA since January 2024. The office is always very responsive to my needs and when on site, Chris is very thorough and makes sure that the job is done right. I had many issues with mice etc. when I moved here but these are all now resolved and Chris makes sure they don't ever come back. Very happy customer of F & W Pest.

I started using F&W last year after some roach infestation. Jose Rosario, was very accommodating and explained everything I need to do. He is very friendly and gives good advise. I had the pleasure of working with him for the last two times he was in my home and i have to say he did a wonderful job. Thank you

I called on July 21 to make an appointment to get rid of bees we were having an issue with and was told they were booking the week of August 4.I hadn’t expected to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but took the first one available which was Monday Aug 4.I was told they don’t give a time so I made sure to be home all day.When I hadn’t heard from anyone by 2:30 I tried to call the landline but the phone never rang so I found another number on the website that said I could text and sent a text asking if someone was still coming to our house. I never got a reply and nobody ever showed up.When I called the next morning and explained what happened,the woman told me she had no notes that said I had an appointment on the 4th but I was scheduled on Aug 25, which was absolutely NOT true…no apology offered for a no show or lack of text response.I get that things sometimes happen and schedules get messed up,but not being honest doesn’t give much confidence in how the business is run.

I hired F&W pest control back in December because we had a rat. Josh was wonderful, filled holes in my foundation, bombed burros, and set out a bunch of sticky traps. Two months later, we still had not caught the rat, and my couch was chewed on - I had called the office and was pretty much gaslit being told that it’s normal to have mice. After demanding another visit I had been informed there wasn’t much more they could do. I signed on for year contract expecting the rat to be terminated. My husband and I had to spend more money to buy poison and larger traps. My husband and I caught the rat with in a few days, not F&W. We will not be renewing our contract. If you are looking for more than just sticky traps, find another company.

Don’t waste your time! Called to get an inspector to come out was told by Jackie I would get a call following day to schedule. Never heard back. 3 weeks later I received a quote from Shane. I never spoken with. I called a couple of times to speak with a manager. Jackie stated on the first time manager would call me in a couple of days. After a week I called back told Jackie I’d like to speak with manager. She had Shane the inspector call me. Seriously sketchy all around! No managers to speak with and keep pushing contract. Stay away. I went with another great company.

F&W is extremely professional and reliable , and their receptionist Jackie is always so pleasant and accommodating. We have a contract with them and they come quarterly, doing follow up inspections and addressing any new problems or concerns we have. We live in the woods and get every rodent and insect you can imagine , and we have noticed a huge difference since we started working with them. They are 5/5, We feel at ease knowing they are just a phone call away.
