I strongly recommend NOT using Fox. Today, I found hornets (about 15) in my bedroom walk in closet. I immediately called Fox and had to beg to get an emergency visit as I am allergic to hornets, bees etc. A bite can result in anaphylactic shock. The service representative came to my house and was absolutely inexperienced. He said he did not have a ladder that would accommodate looking in my gutters. He said if he did he did not have sprayers long enough to reach the area. I asked him to try and locate the nest first and he said he is not allowed to go in the attic. He told me, “ I am sorry….there is nothing I could do for you” He was leaving me in my house with a hornets nest knowing I could get bit and die. He recommended that I evacuate my house. He gave me no resolution on how Fox could help with the problem. He said he talked to his supervisor and the company cannot help and told him to leave. I have a service contract with Fox and they have charged my credit card monthly for services that covered quarterly maintenance and any other time I would have a problem. They left me and my family in a dangerous situation to fend for ourselves. I very rarely write reviews. If I could save just one individual from enduring what Fox put me through today, the review is worth it. They misrepresented themselves when they sold me the service as many of the reviews state. This was probably some of the most egregious behavior I have ever been subjected to. I was literally panic stricken and they did absolutely nothing. My own husband is in the service business. He services clients like they are family. If he serviced his clients like the service that Fox provided, we would be out of business. I implore that you consider this review as this company posed a serious threat to my well being and the well being of my family.

Extremely disappointed. Signed up after being aggressively pursued by salesperson who seemed honest. They said first treatment would be today and would take awhile since they have to spray eaves, deck and all around the house. Their technician came and left in less than 20 min per video evidence After a visual inspection, clearly they did not do all they outlined. We also tried calling customer support and salesperson to discuss - straight to voicemail. Honestly it seems to be a scam. How can we trust them moving forward? We will be canceling our contract Response to Fox Pest’s reply: my name is not in your system because it is under my boyfriend’s name. We signed a contract on Thur, July 3. We already called you the same day after your tech left in 20 min, leaving voicemails for your office as well as your sales person (whose phone goes straight to voicemail and promised us several times “we’ll do a great job for you.”) I understand the holiday weekend, but the tactic of having a tech come at 4:30 before a holiday weekend to barely do the job is taking advantage. We could have waited till next week to have this done. We will be calling on Monday to cancel, thank you.

I had been a customer of another large pest control company for years. The other day, Patrick approached me in my neighborhood and began telling me about their services. Naturally skeptical about door-to-door salespeople, I was cautious. He outlined the differences between my current services and what Fox Pest could offer. Additionally, he provided a great price that was better than what I was currently paying. After signing up, the service improved significantly. He managed to schedule my first treatment for the next day. The technician, Brett, arrived and introduced himself, explaining what he would do and the products being used. He reiterated their commitment to resolving and preventing any issues during the service contract with them. A+! From initial sales to the tech who came, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend!

Joel was extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. The job was done very well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely love for Joel to handle my quarterly visits going forward. Highly recommended!

Austin came to my house a couple of days ago and was very helpful and respectful of my time and delivered useful information about the product and how we can benefit from their services. He was also very detailed and thorough going through everything. Brett our tech was great as well. He texted when he was on his way and again went over the process and the product used to treat. Service was great!

*Terrible Service – Avoid Fox Pest Control* Fox Pest Control came into my neighborhood with a door-to-door salesman on a scooter. Dallas, the rep, was polite and offered prices lower than competitors to get a foothold in our area. That’s where the positives end. Most of their technicians had less than a month of experience, and it showed. I signed up for both mosquito & tick treatment and a full pest barrier around my home. The first service lasted barely 30 minutes, which already felt rushed and incomplete. I called customer service several times requesting competent, experienced technicians, but no one followed up. I later learned from Troy, one of their managers, that their techs are instructed *not* to treat the full property. Troy also told me they wouldn’t send a technician out to fulfill a spot treatment (which was part of my contract) because I live 45 minutes away—despite my active service agreement. Basically Troy did nothing to try and keep me as a customer, he stated I don’t want to be confrontational with you so you asked me to cancel, I will close your account. I was so frustrated that I paid the early termination fee just to cut ties. That’s how poor the service and support were. *Bottom line:* You get what you pay for. Fox Pest Control might offer low prices, but beware—it comes at the cost of quality, professionalism, and follow-through. Use with caution.

John was amazing. He took his time to make sure everything was was covered. He explained everything to me and took care of the property as if it was his own. Which I truly appreciated. He hit the trees that were extra "busy" with activity with extra spray. Truly cared and I will continue with Fox because of him. Thank you again John.

Shawn has been great to work with. He always listens to my concerns and executes the plan that we discussed. I had service by John today and he was very thorough in explaining what he would be doing, precautions he would be taking, and all safety related issues with respect to the chemicals being applied. A great experience in all ways!

Joel did a fantastic job at our house with the Yellowjackets. He was diligent and explained the process to us the whole time. Later that night when more had gotten in the house, he came back a second time to help us get them out. I highly recommend him!

Have annual plan with Fox Pest Control. Had an invasion of boxelder bugs. My Fox serviceman, Mi'Quel Blackshear, is great. Fox sends out the same serviceman so he knows my house and property and does his homework (research} before he arrives.. He diagnosed the issue with the boxelder bugs; correctly identified where they were entering the house. The bugs were entering through a tunnel skylight. Understood that the treatment was only temporary and that the bugs would continue to enter the house until there was a freeze. Took the extra, long term permanent solution which is to seal the skylight from the outside, on the roof. Fox Pest will continue the service until the bugs can no longer enter through the skylight. Very satisfied with Fox Pest and can't say enough about Mi'Quel Blackshear's work.

I received my text letting me know that the service tech was on his way. This was perfect since as a landlord it gave me time to let my tenants know. Once he arrived at the property, I received a phone call from the technician. I talked to him about my concerns. Once inside with my tenants. I was told he was professional and helpful.

I was not home to see the actual treatment being done, so all treatment was performed on the outside of the house. The technician took pictures and seemed to have done a thorough treatment, although I wish they had done inside as well as my husband was home. The bugs (especially the ants), had disappeared for a good month, but I am seeing an increase in bug activity a month later. We do also have a lot of bushes and trees in the yard, so maybe that’s why. I have contacted the company to come out and do another treatment before the scheduled one. I will review again once the next treatment is done. So far I have no complaints.
