Russel was great! Very personable and pleasant and took care of our needs without issue. The service was quick and efficient without interruptions. He saw that we had children and pets and was very informative about the products being used.

I want to give a big shout out to the technicians at Fox Pest Control. We had a hornets nest outside our front door back in July and when we called they had technician Nathan come down and he took good care of us and when we decided to get bate boxes around our house to avoid any future pest, Nathan inspected our home thoroughly and went above and beyond with the inspection and he was all smiles and laughs the entire time. I would also like to acknowledge Carlos and Bernard as well, they would do their monthly check ups on the bate boxes and they were great as well. They both were so friendly and willing to reach in the smallest spaces to make sure the job was done and took their time to make sure nothing was missing and would even chat with us for a bit, they were all awesome! Keep up the great work guys!

Michael Culon arrived promptly to perform both my indoor and outdoor services. He explained what services he was providing and asked if I had any areas of concern. He took my feedback and began providing the services. Michael was very professional, friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I am on an annual plan with Fox Pest Control so my costs are spread out over 12 months with outdoor services being performed every 2 months and indoor services being performed quarterly. The services are guaranteed and if there are any issues in-between services all I need to do is call.

Russell was very friendly and explained everything in detail and was very thorough! A very pleasant experience dealing with him! He was very professional and took his time to explain everything to our satisfaction! I was pleasantly surprised because my initial contact with your company.I spoke with Alistaire on a Friday afternoon toward the end of the work day. I gave him all the information he asked for and he told me the rates.And what the company did follow up. And it was understandable that he couldn't give me an appointment time or date because those people had left for the day. He mentioned that someone would be pretty contacting me the following week. When no one contacted me monday or tuesday of the following week I call them on tuesday and is spoke with Rich. He scheduled the appointment for Wednesday and I asked what time frame would they be here?He said between 9 and 5 or 9 and 6 I asked if he could give me a smaller window and he said no.That's all I could get so I wasn't too thrilled with that! I was very satisfied with Jim today. He explained everything he was doing and also explained that why it made sense not to put snap traps back in my basement. Just use the poison boxes which allow them to take the poison and go back out of the building in this weather. I didn't realize that's what happens. So that was a good thing.I learned something new and I'd like to have the follow-up visit in a few months to and sure we're protected for the winter., but it seems like the bug problem has dissipated.We'll have to wait and see.I guess but he was very thorough.Spent time explaining to my son and I what was going on. I have never used a pest control service before.So this is all new to me.But so far i'm impressed that they're doing a good job and we are already seeing positive results!

I dont know what the bad reviews are about but here is my experience. Im in Central Mass. In a woodsy town. A young man (Christian Jackowski) came to my door to sell me this service, I usually turn people away immediately but my outside ant (pavement, etc) problem over the years has had me fed up. The stress actually gives me ant nightmares every spring! I was frequently (sometimes every few days) applying diatomaceous earth on the foundation, spraying and using granular, oh and the ant bait cups in the yard. We started getting carpenter ants because of the bad oaks in the yard too. Dripping sweat because of the hot weather, backspray of pesticide blowing on me, getting diat.earth all over me.. Ive had it. So I heard him out, and I am vehemently against contracts. I was probably this kid’s most annoying customer but he was so nice and patient, I was surprised. So I tried it. Omg, it freakin works. Kenneth did the initial treatment, and had them come back 2 weeks later (Carlos) but after that, it’s been awesome. They even dusted the roof because the ants were crossing the power line to our house! Even the techs said seriously? I said ya!! And by the way, customer service always answers the phone and are very polite. Im SO glad I was home and heard the kid out, even though these kids get commission, FoxPest works. They arent BS!

Carlos is an amazing technician. He was not only professional but friendly. Looked me in the eyes when he talked to me and gave me great information (and made me laugh a couple of times too!) It's nice when you get a tech you feel comfortable being around.

Jonathan was here for our annual termite control - he reviewed the existing locations - making sure we had the correct coverage to protect our home. He was great to walk the property with while looking at prior trap placement and closing any gaps. Talked about landscaping changes we are looking at doing next spring and he made sure we understand how that impacts our termite control and to make sure to schedule him to come out once the changes are complete. Pleasure to work with - makes the annual plan so worth it! Thanks to the Fox team to help protect our home!

Thank you Michael Colon for great service! I really appreciate that he put pictures of what he was doing in the service email. I've been a customer for over 5 years and this made me confident that he was doing the whole quarterly service when I wasn't home. I've had a variety of Fox employees provide the quarterly service and they are consistently polite. One of the great benefits is that the company will come back out free of charge if needed between quarterly visits. This was amazing when we had issues with wasps. The customer service when calling is also great. I live in a neighborhood that becomes flooded with sales people from a variety of services going door to door. It's honestly frustrating when the same companies come frequently. I can say though that I was happy when a Fox sales person stopped by my house when we just bought it and it was a relief because pest control was one less thing I had to worry about. They had a great promotion going on and I signed up right away. That being said, if you have a Fox sales person come to your door it's worth listening to what they have to say. It can save you money and stress from worrying about pests.

Sept 18, 2025: Although our technicians have been great (they're a "5"), we have had 4 treatments to date to get rid of the bed bugs. I have photos and videos of live bedbugs just 5 days before the 4th treatment. This has been an exhausting experience; hence the 3-star rating. I sincerely hope this is the last of it. October 17, 2025: Today was our FIFTH bedbug treatment! Jonathan and his co-worker, David, were very professional and listened carefully to my description of where I am still finding bed bugs. We reviewed the chemicals used to date and their effects. Jonathan, in particular, seemed most knowledgeable in how to go beyond the treatments we have already received, especially on our upholstered furniture (the last bastion of bed bug hiding places). They did a very thorough job of spraying our bedroom furniture, bathrooms, baseboards, and upholstered furniture. There appears to be a misunderstanding/lack of training of the previous technicians as to what can be sprayed on the fabric furniture. I certainly hope that Jonathan can pass on his extensive knowledge to the rest of the staff. I greatly appreciate Fox Pest Control honoring their warranty periods for this situation as the 3 extra treatments I have received have been covered under their warranty.

Carlos was great! He came on time. He was courteous and respectful. I’m happy with Fox Pest Control. I highly recommend them and suggest you go with their yearly contract. The price is reasonable.

We called to have a tech remove yellow jacket nests. We’ve been stung and someone in our home is allergic. The tech was nice but not qualified. He removed a faux nest we had hung on the roof overhang!!! It’s clearly plastic. Believe it or not that faux nest has stopped them from building on the overhang. He then told me he can’t get up into the arborvitae due to a policy of no ladders. For $70 a month I expect you can pay for the insurance to have your people up on ladders. We cancelled our service and are now out a faux nest $35 as well.

Professional, punctual, and seriously effective- Michael did our pest control services and he went above and beyond!! He didn't just get rid of the pests; he was kind, he listened to my concerns and addressed them! All while sending the darn things back to their maker!! I found David to be very prompt, very knowledgeable regarding my situation, and a very nice person to work with. He checked all the points in my house where we have trouble and refilled the bait stations. I found them to be completely thorough and that I truly appreciated. This call was a follow up as the first time that someone came they only did the exterior of the house, do to my not being home. As you could tell, I definitely needed the inside taken care of and David completed all of that. He was well mannered, neat and used gloves while he worked.

I was happy with FOX pest control since 2022 until this technician named SOFIAN BAZIZI, likes himself to be called “SOUSA” was assigned to my house. We had increased activity of rats/mice this year seeing the droppings in our kitchen drawers. This guy came in November 6, just refilled the baits and a lot of talking. I gave him $20 as a tip because I thought he will do what he was saying. But he left right away after I went back inside the house. I had a service follow up today (Nov 13), it happens that it’s him being assigned again. He pulled into my driveway and never left the truck for over 10mins. I called his number back and he said was talking to his boss. I have a video of him watching in his phone while inside the FOX truck. Unfortunately no follow up service was done today (Nov 13) because he left and seems he does not want to do his job. He clearly neglected his assigned work without explaining why he had to leave and even did not went out the truck. I hope an appropriate action should be done by the Fox management in Boston to this issue.

Ashley Arroyo was absolutely fantastic! She was so thorough with the treatment and really took the time to explain everything about rodent control. Honestly, the last couple of quarterly visits weren't great - they were pretty underwhelming. But Ashley totally turned things around and made me feel like the Fox Pest subscription is actually worth it. She's a fantastic technician who really knows her stuff!
