Calvin was so nice, called me ahead of time because I wasn’t going to be home. He accommodated my un kenneled black lab and put him in my master while he sprayed, and then let him back out when he was done. So sweet. This company are great communicators and I love their scheduling text message system!

They are friendly, patient and keep me updated if there is a change in the technicians schedule .Nathan Hansen has been our technician. He is friendly and helpful if I have a question. Today, Calvin Mijland serviced the interior of our house, in addition to servicing the small rodent bait box that was placed in front of our house two months ago to control a problem with Voles. First, Calvin called to let us know when he would be arriving, and then once he was there he quickly sprayed the interior and replaced all the sticky traps in our garage. After that, he opened the bait box, re-loaded it, and then showed me how it worked, so I could actually know that it was still active. I really appreciated his good attitude and his friendliness! I’ve been using Fenix for a couple years now and my most recent service is as good as the first… I haven’t seen any critters in my house for nearly a year. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to keep the crawlies out. Mason was very thorough—he scrubbed the eves and gables for wasp nests and spiders, and then he sprayed. I think it’s a great service at a fair price. I couldn’t recommend a better company.
