Dynamite scheduled us for an exterminator the day that we called! Rich arrived right on time and made sure to ask questions so he knew he was correctly addressing our problem—roaches. He was very friendly and thorough and I feel so much peace of mind now! If ever needed, I would definitely return to dynamite.

Ann & Rich were absolutely on point with service and professionalism! I needed someone to remove a live mouse from my unit and check/ re-seal entry points last min on a Friday evening. Ann was very pleasant and thorough with taking my info and getting the extermination tech out to my rental in less than 10 minutes! Rich was fast and very understanding with the goal of identifying additional holes and possibilities of new breaches behind appliances. Service fee also included a 30 guarantee that any other issues would be swiftly resolved, which is very appreciated. Highly recommend, especially if you need swift and quality service for pest control, residentialor commercial. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Been meaning to write a review and finally got a chance. Dynamite came out over a year ago because we had an ant problem and birds had started to make a nest in our kitchen exhaust vent. Took care of both issues. They did an Amazing job and there haven’t been any ants for over a year now. Highly recommend Dynamite!

I would suggest you call another Pest Control Company. While they were available immediately for a same day visit to my home (that should have been a warning) they technician MISDIAGNOSED my situation as a bed bug issue (later refuted by two other companies) and only inspected one room of my home (not the other bedrooms as requested. They charged over $130 for a 5 minute visit and when I asked for a refund after the misdiagnosis I was refused. Use other professionals - there are plenty out there in Philly!

I went to the store to purchase products, they were below everywhere else I’ve looked. The staff is very friendly and they get you in and out quick. Highly recommend.

I paid $220 for an incomplete service. This company does not have your best interest looking to remove any type of pest. I do not recommend this service to anyone. I politely asked for a tech to come back to treat the missed areas. They only would send someone back out if I paid $250. I’m a female when the owner of this company was in my home I was scared to reinforce where I wanted the stuff out because he kept saying he put it places that he did not.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Rich came in and rushed through the service, damaged my furniture, and pretended to spray my basement for rodents. He claimed he inspected for entry ways. No traps where laid on the inside nor did he add any pepper spray on the outside. Proceeded to charge me $486. He ripped me off.

If I could put half a star I would. Rich, the service technician (and owner's son) arrived on time, and that's about the only thing that went right. He was abrupt with me when I met him at my front door and while he was on his cell phone with his child and said to me, "Wait a minute," then continued his discussion with this child. There was no, "Hello sir, excuse me for a minute while I finish this call, thank you." It was as if I were knocking on his door and interrupting him during an important call. Then, and quite shockingly, then next words out of his mouth when he steps inside my house are "My wife just left me." As if I needed to hear about his personal life at the moment. Trying to be empathetic, I offered my condolences and then he goes on to say, without hesitation, "Oh, it's ok, she was doing all kinds of drugs anyway...." My jaw just about hit the floor. He then proceeded to find something on his cell phone to show me pertaining to his marital issues -- again, as if that's why I asked him over to my house. As he took notice of my annoyance, his demeanor with me changed and he demonstrated a hostile attitude towards me when I was asking him questions about my rodent issue. Finally, when we were in the basement and he identified an access hole where he believed the mouse or mice were entering into the walls of my house, he went towards the hole and within three seconds turned heel and began to walk out stating he would be writing up my invoice. Incredulously I looked at him and then at the access hole and wondered how he could have laid down poison that quickly and thoroughly. And for the grand total of $378 I felt there should have been a greater level of coverage around my house and in the basement. You've been warned....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
