I had an appointment with a Dewey technician to go over the one-year contract and to have my first service done. My house was assigned to Paul. He called me prior to the appointment to confirm. He was a few minutes late, which I didn’t mind. He was very apologetic for being late and explained that his previous appointment had taken longer than anticipated. Throughout our interaction, Paul was very thorough and respectful. He was very thorough in his explanation of all the contract details. Following the review of the contract, he asked me to give him a tour of the back yard and point out areas of concern with ants. He then explained the source of the ants. At that point, he proceeded to perform his first service. I could tell that he was very thorough. Afterward, he notified me that he was done and was ready to leave the premises. Overall, I was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the level of personalized service I received.

Esau, technician is the best!! Always listens to your concerns and follows up with the remedy in real time!! The dispatcher is awesome as well. The supervisor as well as the crew were very professional, prompt and courteous. Left the house (inside and outside) in the same condition as they found it.
