Today was my first experience with this company. So far so good. I’ll have to update later on the treatment I had done if it was effective or not. As far as the tech I had Joshua Chavez he was great and very informative. We have a flea issue but I wouldn’t consider it an infestation. He went above and beyond with spraying carpet and the artificial grass to ensure the fleas die EVERYWHERE. He also recommended what to do and what not to do. He was also patient with me and all my questions.

My entire experience with the company has not always been smooth but by far the best service my home has gotten from top to bottom and care to detail and attention with my technician today. He is an asset to this company by simply the way he does his job, nothing extra or crazy out of the ordinary but simply his attention to actually getting what was needed done with efficiency and effort! THEN after doing what he was there to do THEN he asked what else if anything was needed or I had concerns about that he could address I explained I needed another box since my other had been broken and not brought back he told me he would see to it that it was replaced by next service and you know what by his approach today I believe him 100%.

Josh was polite and accommodating. I was not home when he showed up and did not put my animals inside. He was willing to come back and service the backyard later in the day. Unfortunately, I had to go to the hospital. Would definitely like to have him as our tech again for future services.

My Technician, Jovaughn did a great job. I had questions about the service and what it included and he went over everything with me. I requested a timeframe and a call one hour prior to his arrival. He called and was right on time which I really appreciated because I had another appointment that day. I am new with the service but so far, I am very pleased.

He was incredibly thorough, super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explain what he found, and make sure we understood the plan moving forward. We were really impressed with how professional and detailed he was — it gave us a lot of peace of mind. We’re genuinely looking forward to seeing Donald again in a couple of months for our next service. Highly recommend!
