Assurance is the absolute best. I have used them maybe 10 times since I bought my house in 2022. I have a house built in the 1700s so I have constant problems. They have successfully gotten rid of mice, carpenter ants, multiple wasp nests, and have done preventative treatments. They are extremely friendly and professional and answer emails, texts, and calls extremely fast. Usually within the hour, and always within 24 hours. Appointments are easy to book and they have excellent warranty programs. I could not recommend them enough, and I will be a lifelong customer. We have tried other companies and the service did not compare.

Our experience with Assurance so far has been fantastic. Dave was punctual and took the time to walk the house with my wife and I to point out where the mice were likely getting in and explaining what they can do to take care of it. He addressed all of our concerns and was thorough. My previous experience with another pest control company was to have a tech show up put some bait stations around and offer to come back and check on them, they didn't offer to look around to figure out how to eliminate the problem just manage it. I figured that was just the way it was done, but now I know what proper service looks like. Very thankful to Assurance and their whole team... UPDATE we've continued utilizing Assurance and are on a regular maintenance schedule & its been about a year, maybe a bit longer. Their techs are always on time, thorough and could not be more polite and customer service oriented. I'm happy to report that our house has been pest free since they got our mouse situation under control. The peace of mind that being on a regular schedule brings is invaluable. I can not recommend them enough, we are an exceedingly happy customer and plan to be for the foreseeable future.

Joe was very thorough in his evaluation of our vole problem. He did a full backyard survey, and closely evaluated the two areas close to the house where the voles dug. Our vole problem being small, He offered great advice as to control them, and suggested some products I could use. He was extremely professional and friendly.

We discovered bats in our attic and found Assurance Pest Solutions through the mass.gov website of properly licensed bat removal technicians. Joe came out to inspect our house for possible entry points and pointed them out to us during the entire inspection process. August 1st is the date bat removal is allowed to begin and they were out to our house that week, again explaining every step and why they were doing them. Joe had a vast knowledge of bats and their behavior and shared a great deal of it with us. He came out 3 weeks later for the post inspection, and when there were no signs of further activity - he thoroughly cleaned and disinfected our attic. I would highly recommend Assurance Pest Solutions (and Joe) for any pest control needs.

Jay came to check everything for me today. He is truly an excellent expert! He has discovered more than 5 big holes along the basement wall margins and several small gaps there. No wonder how the mice keeps coming inside. Jay filled the gaps and holes with patience and carefully. He also checked any possible entrance for mice too. I do feel much safe now. I would like recommend Jay and APS team to my friends.
