I received a text stating the pest control technician was on his way. I asked if he could please spray the pergolas because of the spiders and mosquitoes. All I received was a thumps up. The tech was at my house from 2:01pm to 2:06pm. He didn’t even ring my doorbell to service the inside! Nor did he spray what I asked! There are spiders webs and he didn’t even service the mosquito containers they provide. Horrible service!

Aptive employees are friendly, helpful, and respectful. They take great care around our property. They will come between scheduled visits if needed. They are super great at communicating, always texting to let you know when they are on their way and when they have completed the job. They ask if there are certain areas or pests we’re having problems with. They also send photos of the areas they sprayed. Aptive does a great job!

1st Visit, Jay was extremely professional! Jay went above and beyond, he completed my treatment in about 50 minutes. He treated the foundation, eaves, doors, windows, light fixtures, key entry points, yard, mulch beds, shrubs, and trees to my home and property. I can tell that Jay always strives for a 10/10 service because that's exactly what he did! I look forward to seeing him again next treatment time! My second Visit with Quyncie was equally thorough He treated the exterior of your home and the front/backyard for pest activity. He also removed any harborage or nest activity found in all accessible areas. 10 is the max score I can give. They strive always to give a service worthy of that score.
