I wanted to give kudos to a gentleman who performed Mosquito control at my home recently. Akita sent Jon to do the much needed work so we could enjoy our outdoors again. Matt L provided an Akita Termite inspection for my home today. Matt gave me a 45-min notice to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and courteous. When he arrived at my house, he introduced himself and worked efficiently to get the job done. My grandkids were over and he engaged my chatty, fearless grandson in conversation. I had no evidence of termites, but Matt did bring to my attention a hornets' nest that I was unaware of and showed me the source of an ant trail leading to my house. I am very pleased with the service provided today.

Brandon from Akita came out today to start our quarterly service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I discovered that there was a yellowjacket nest about a week ago after poking a finger through the ceiling and a having a few come into the room. After sealing the hole, I went looking for exterminators and booked a ‘quote’ immediately. If there was in fact a nest, I wanted it to be gone, because this was in my son’s room. After the first company came and tried to sell me on re-insulating my entire attic, I called Akita and they gave me a price and time for exactly what I wanted. John was right on time. He was friendly and let me know exactly what was going to happen and confirmed the pricing. He told me of his experience with remediation and how important it is to leave the area easily serviceable. I called 4 different pest control companies and none of them would physically remove a nest from my attic! Akita was the only ones in the area that would do it! Jackson showed up on time and was very professional. The large nest was removed quickly. Their price was competitive as well!

Service was thorough and knowledable. Very patient with my many many questions. My tech John was excellent. Great communication and really went out of his way to address my concerns. Waiting to see if the Wasp problem is eradicated, as I was told that will take a few days, but will come back to report on effectiveness as well.
